Terms and Conditions for Masters of Dirt x Leonardo Hotels Giveaway

1. The main promoter is: Leonardo Hotels managed by Sunflower Management GmbH & Co. KG (registered with the local court of Berlin-Charlottenburg und HRA 38202) whose registered office is at Landsberger Allee 117A, 10407 Berlin, Germany.
2. The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the followers of Leonardo Hotels and of Masters of Dirt on Instagram for their participation in the giveaway.
3. The giveaway is open to followers of the Leonardo Hotels’ Instagram account (account name @leonardohotels & @leonardohotelsaustria) and Masters of dirt (account name @mastersofdirt).
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The giveaway starts on Friday, 28th February 2025 at 9:00 am CET and ends on Sunday, 2nd March 2025 at 23:59 CET. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
7. The rules of the giveaway and ow to enter are as follows:

• Participants must follow Leonardo Hotels and Leonardo Hotels Austria on Instagram. @leonardohotels & @leonardohotelsaustria
• Participants must like the giveaway post.
• Participants must comment on the giveaway post.
• The winner will be selected randomly from both accounts' entries and announced via Instagram story and communicated with via private message by 06/03/2025 by the Leonardo Hotels Instagram account.

8. The participants may not send any entry, post, any message, e-mail or other communication which under the law of the country of the recipient is in breach of such law or is defamatory, menacing, obscene, indecent, abusive, harmful, pornographic or otherwise illegal or which may violate or infringe in anyway upon the rights of others, incite violence, sadism, cruelty or racial hatred or otherwise cause distress or inconvenience. You may not express opinions that are vulgar, crude, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive. Any violation of this clause may lead to disqualification from the competition.

9. The prizes are as follows:

• 2x vouchers for two nights for two people in one room, breakfast included in one of the participating Leonardo Hotels in Vienna and Linz for the period in which the Masters of Dirt event takes place (see dates below) – booking upon the availability of the chosen hotel and valid only for the set period in 2025.
   
• 2x2 tickets for the Masters of Dirt shows in Vienna and Salzburg for the following dates:
  • 1x2 tickets for Vienna on 14th March 2025 at 8 p.m.
  • 1x2 tickets for Linz on 23rd March 2025 at 2 p.m.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

10. The winners are responsible for all necessary travel formalities (e.g. valid passport, visa etc.) and costs of all travellers. If a winner is unable to travel for reasons for which Leonardo Hotels is not responsible, he loses his claim to the prize and has no claim to compensation.
11. All qualified participants from the Leonardo Hotels' post or Masters of Dirt's post will enter one single online raffle and will be chosen by 6th March 2025. Two winners will be chosen randomly. All entries will be documented and will be allocated a number. All entries will be manually checked if they fulfil all the entry requirements. Then, all numbered entries from 1 up until the amount of entries will be entered into a random number generator. The number generator will be https://www.random.org/integers/.
12.  The promoter will announce the winner on the Instagram account by sending a personal direct message on Instagram by 06/03/2025. Redeeming of prizes for the hotel voucher and Masters of Dirt bundle requires the winner to submit his full name, e-mail address, birth date and postal address within 2 weeks upon request of the promoter. Unredeemed winnings or winnings not redeemed within the 2 weeks period will forfeit. The hotel voucher will be issued for the submitted name and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person.
13. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is granting his/her permission to grant to Leonardo Hotels the right and licence to publish and use the submitted content in connection with Leonardo Hotels’ or Masters of Dirt’s Instagram account, in re-posting, liking in re-posting, liking, Leonardo Hotels Blog, Google Maps or otherwise.
14. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by German law. The recourse to the courts is excluded.
15. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with current EU and German data protection legislation.
16. Personal data will only be used for a defined period of time, automatically deleted as soon as it is no longer required and not passed on to third parties. You can obtain information about your stored personal data at any time (Art. 15 GDPR), request its correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and exercise your right to data transfer (Art. 20 GDPR). In addition, you can change or revoke your declaration of consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future (Art. 21 GDPR). Please note that data processing that took place before the revocation is not affected by this. You can also contact the Leonardo Hotels data protection officer at: dataprotection@leonardo-hotels.com. Furthermore, according to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or any other social network. Each participant agrees to release such social networks from any claims regarding the giveaway.
18. Leonardo Hotels and Masters of Dirt shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Leonardo Hotels and Masters of Dirt also reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
