Fancied a hotel close to the Stadtpark Open Air ground, so this fitted the bill. Has a bus stop close to the hotel, though I didn't use it. Booked a "Superior room" which came with a free minibar. Excellent! Large room, great breakfast. Very happy with my booking.

Good value for money.

The room was clean and everything was neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station with quick access to the Barmbek U-Bahn station. We will try this hotel in the future again.

The hotel might not look it on the outside, but it modern and upto date. Clean, comfortable and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I alway enjoy my stays here.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location, very well-maintained, with nice and comfortable room and bathroom, kind and friendly staff, and a small nice bar with tasteful cocktails. All the above at a reasonable price, really vfm.

It's a standard hotel with a comfortable bed and spacious room, the hallway shows some signs of wear and tear but overall we would stay again. The price is high for a standard room, however it seems to be a relatively normal price for the Hamburg area.

I've already stayed at this hotel before, because it is very close to our office. Just like the last time, it was a very pleasant visit.

This hotel did not disappoint. Inviting reception area with complimentary coffee, tea, sweets and fruit. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wonderful choice. Rooms were very clean and well laid out. The best part of the hotel was the staff. All of them were very friendly and thankfully spoke great English. However, one staff member always went above and beyond - Hassam was AMAZING! Not only really friendly but he helped us out with booking taxis, planning our stay and giving us advice. Thank you 🙂

Great stay! Hotel ist well connected with public transport just around the corner. Room spacious, nice and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly. We will be back.

Well situated for concert at Stadtpark Open Air. Everything was in order, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay One minor detail was the only negative: pillows in bed must be made for giants! Where we come from pillows for humans fit under the head. We had to sleep without ;-)

Excellent stay. Helpful, cheerful, and nice service. I will be becoming a rewards member.
